The CHEF’S TABLE

LOMA’s Chef’s Table offers an exclusive seat inside the kitchen, where Michelin-starred Chef Graeme Cheevers and his team craft an 8-course bespoke tasting menu right before your eyes. This intimate experience allows guests to witness the precision, artistry, and passion that go into every dish, while engaging with the chefs as they bring Scotland’s finest seasonal ingredients to life.

With a menu tailored to the occasion and an expertly curated wine selection to complement each course, the Chef’s Table at LOMA is a truly unforgettable gastronomic journey. Limited to a select number of guests per evening, this experience is designed for those who appreciate innovation, craftsmanship, and the thrill of being at the heart of the kitchen.

RESERVATION T&C’S

SECURING & CONFIRMING A RESERVATION

For all reservations, guests are required to provide credit/debit card details to secure their reservation. By making a reservation at LOMA, you agree to confirm your reservation prior to arriving. You will be sent an email requesting confirmation of your reservation and should follow the link provided in the email. If your reservation remains unconfirmed on the day of the reservation, then LOMA reserves the right to cancel your reservation without further notice. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that you need to cancel or modify your reservation please give us 72 hours notice. A fee for cancellations/modifications made with less than 72 hours notice will be charged automatically, using the card details provided at the time of booking (£35 per person in respect of a lunch reservation and £80 per person in respect of a dinner reservation). Non arrival without notice will result in a full charge being made automatically. You can modify or cancel your booking by contacting us on reservations@lomabygc.com or by calling 01389 310 760 (calls answered Wed-Sun, 10am-6pm).

ADDITIONAL RESERVATION INFO

  • Please make the restaurant team aware of any vouchers you may wish to use at the time of booking.

  • The time of your reservation selected is your time of arrival and when you shall be seated. Should you not arrive within 15 minutes of booking time, the table may be released without further notice.

  • Tables are allocated on the day by the restaurant team and although we will do everything to allocate a table in your preferred area of the dining room, we cannot always guarantee this.

  • A service charge of 12.5% will be added to the final bill. Service charges at LOMA are always at the discretion of yourselves, our guests.

LOMA reserves the right to amend or update our booking T&C’S without notice.
